Notes
Storage: Store any leftover Chinese Beef and Broccoli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, consider freezing the dish; it can be frozen for up to 3 months. Make sure to cool the dish completely before transferring it to a freezer-safe container.
Reheating: To reheat, simply place the dish in a microwave-safe container and heat in 30-second intervals until warmed through. Alternatively, you can reheat it on the stovetop over medium heat, adding a splash of beef broth to maintain moisture.
Serving: Serve your Chinese Beef and Broccoli over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for added flavor and presentation.
Chef’s tip: For a more tender beef, consider marinating the beef sirloin for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. If you want extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar to the marinade. This will enhance the dish’s overall taste and tenderness.
