Ingredients

  • Sweet Potatoes, fest und mit glatter Haut
  • Olivenöl, extra vergine
  • Salz, idealerweise Meersalz

Instructions

  1. Backofen auf 425°F (220°C) vorheizen.
  2. Süßkartoffeln waschen und schälen.
  3. Süßkartoffeln in gleichmäßige Stäbchen schneiden, etwa 1/4 Zoll dick.
  4. Süßkartoffelstäbchen in einer großen Schüssel mit Olivenöl, Salz, Paprika, Knoblauchpulver und schwarzem Pfeffer vermengen.
  5. Die gewürzten Süßkartoffelstäbchen gleichmäßig auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech verteilen.
  6. Im vorgeheizten Ofen etwa 20-25 Minuten backen, dabei nach der Hälfte der Zeit wenden.
  7. Aus dem Ofen nehmen und leicht abkühlen lassen.
  8. Die warmen Süßkartoffel-Pommes sofort servieren.
