Ingredients

  • Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Ofen auf 425°F (220°C) vorheizen.
  2. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
  3. Süßkartoffeln schälen (falls gewünscht) und in gleichmäßige Wedges oder Sticks schneiden, die etwa einen halben Zoll dick sind.
  4. Die Süßkartoffelstücke, Olivenöl, Knoblauchpulver, geräuchertes Paprikapulver und Salz in einer großen Schüssel vermengen.
  5. Die gewürzten Süßkartoffelstäbchen gleichmäßig auf dem vorbereiteten Backblech verteilen.
  6. Das Backblech in den vorgeheizten Ofen stellen und die Pommes 25 bis 30 Minuten backen, dabei die Pommes zur Hälfte der Backzeit wenden.
  7. Die Pommes aus dem Ofen nehmen und servieren.
