Instructions
- Ofen auf 425°F (220°C) vorheizen.
- Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
- Süßkartoffeln schälen (falls gewünscht) und in gleichmäßige Wedges oder Sticks schneiden, die etwa einen halben Zoll dick sind.
- Die Süßkartoffelstücke, Olivenöl, Knoblauchpulver, geräuchertes Paprikapulver und Salz in einer großen Schüssel vermengen.
- Die gewürzten Süßkartoffelstäbchen gleichmäßig auf dem vorbereiteten Backblech verteilen.
- Das Backblech in den vorgeheizten Ofen stellen und die Pommes 25 bis 30 Minuten backen, dabei die Pommes zur Hälfte der Backzeit wenden.
- Die Pommes aus dem Ofen nehmen und servieren.
