Notes
Storage: Store any leftover Easy French Dip Tortilla Roll-Ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To maintain their crispness, avoid stacking the roll-ups directly on top of one another; instead, layer them with parchment paper in between.
Reheating: To reheat, place the roll-ups in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through and crispy. Alternatively, you can reheat them in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
Serving: Arrange the sliced roll-ups on a platter and serve them warm with small bowls of heated beef broth for dipping. Garnish with freshly chopped herbs to enhance presentation and flavor.
Chef’s Tip: For added flavor, consider marinating the thinly sliced beef roast in a mixture of the beef broth, garlic powder, and herbs before assembling the roll-ups. This will infuse the beef with extra taste and make the roll-ups even more delicious.
