  • 4 cloves Garlic, fresh and minced
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes, firm and unblemished
  • 23 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 23 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Backofen auf 425°F (220°C) vorheizen.
  2. Ein großes Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
  3. Die Babykartoffeln halbieren.
  4. Die Kartoffeln in eine Schüssel geben und mit Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer und gehacktem frischen Rosmarin vermengen.
  5. Die gewürzten Kartoffeln in einer einzigen Schicht auf das vorbereitete Backblech legen.
  6. Die Kartoffeln im vorgeheizten Ofen 20-25 Minuten rösten, bis sie goldbraun und gabelzart sind.
  7. Das Steak in mundgerechte Stücke würfeln.
  8. Das gewürfelte Steak mit gehacktem Knoblauch, einem Schuss Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer in einer mittelgroßen Schüssel vermengen.
