- 1 lb Baby Potatoes, firm and unblemished
- 2–3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2–3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Backofen auf 425°F (220°C) vorheizen.
