Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast, skinless and boneless
  • Fresh Garlic, whole cloves
  • Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • Butter, unsalted

  • Fresh Parsley, chopped finely
  • Chicken Broth, low-sodium
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • Red Pepper Flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Toss in your pasta of choice and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining the rest.
