Notes
Storage: Store the Lebanese garlic sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you notice any separation, simply stir or shake the container before using.
Reheating: This sauce is typically served cold or at room temperature and does not need reheating. If you prefer it warmed slightly, do so gently in a microwave or on the stove over low heat, being careful not to cook it.
Serving: Serve the Lebanese garlic sauce as a dip for pita bread, a condiment for grilled meats, or a dressing for salads. It pairs well with Mediterranean dishes and can be garnished with fresh chopped parsley for added color and flavor.
Chef’s Tip: For a creamier texture, you can add a tablespoon of yogurt or mayonnaise to the sauce. Additionally, to enhance the flavor, consider incorporating a pinch of cumin or a dash of paprika for a unique twist.
