Notes

Storage: After cooking, allow the burger sliders to cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the cooked sliders in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.

Reheating: To reheat the sliders, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the sliders on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil to prevent drying out. Heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through. Alternatively, you can reheat individual sliders in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Serving: Serve the burger sliders warm on a large platter with a variety of toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments like ketchup and mustard. This allows guests to customize their sliders to their liking, making for an interactive and enjoyable dining experience.

Chef’s Tip: For added flavor, consider mixing in different seasonings or toppings directly into the beef mixture before forming the patties. Ingredients like chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, or additional herbs can elevate the taste and make your sliders unique.
