  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 cup Macaroni Pasta, elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, sharp
  • 1/2 cup Milk, whole or 2%
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add 1 cup of elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente, typically around 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally to keep the pasta from clumping together.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the saucepan.
  6. Gradually stir in 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

  10. Season the 2 chicken breasts with salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
