Notes

Storage: Store leftover Sweet Hawaiian Crock Pot Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze the chicken in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.

Reheating: To reheat, place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and cover it with a damp paper towel to maintain moisture. Heat in 30-second intervals until warmed through. Alternatively, reheat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated to your liking.

Serving: Serve the Sweet Hawaiian Crock Pot Chicken over steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Garnish with chopped green onions for added freshness and a pop of color. Pair with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple salad for a balanced dish.

Chef’s Tip: For added depth of flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce for a few hours or overnight before cooking. Additionally, feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra nutrition and color.
