Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 3/4 Tasse Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Tasse Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 Teelöffel Italian Seasoning
- 2 Esslöffel Olive Oil

Instructions
- Den Backofen auf 200°C vorheizen.

- In einer anderen Schüssel 2 Esslöffel Olivenöl über die Hühnchenbrustfilets träufeln und gründlich einmassieren.
- Die Hühnchenbrustfilets mit Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack würzen.
- Jedes geölte Hühnchenbrustfilet in der Knoblauch-Parmesan-Bröselmischung wälzen und dabei fest andrücken.
